Patchwork Bag and Purse

Bag Description:- Finished Size 36.0cm wide by 30.0cm high x 8.0cm deep.
Made up of strips of Printed Fabric, printed with a medium to small sized design and strips of Plain Fabric and Lined with Plain Fabric.
A Jelly Roll technique is used to create the Body Front and Back and is decorated with a Braid 1.5 wide.
Interlining is used for additional stability and to add structure.
The addition of a Flat Bottom Base adds volume.
A Flap Closure extends from the rim of the Body and down the Body Front where the Plaited Cord Loop Closure is hooked over a Self Covered Button.
The Slip Pocket 18.5 wide x 13.5 high is sewn onto the Lining allowing for the storage of items which need easy access
Shoulder Straps 2.0 wide x 62.0 long are stitched to the top edge of the Body Front /Back Fabric and extend to create a handle on both sides.
The Plaited Cord Loop 2.5cm is sewn to the top edge of the Body Front Fabric. The Loop created is ideal to hang the Bag Charm from as an added decoration.
